Founded in 2009 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Improworks began its journey as Xproworks, a trusted third-party supplier specializing in precision machining and sorting services. As we grew, we expanded into prototyping and parts approval under the name Protozenter, always focused on creating high-quality, customized solutions for our clients.

By 2014, increasing expertise and market needs inspired us to pivot towards re-engineering products—from power controls and chassis to mounting hardware and surveillance components and representing and support foreing capital equipments in Mexico—broadening our capabilities and strengthening our reputation for innovation and adaptability.

By 2024, after more than a decade of experience across diverse sectors, Improworks had established itself as a key partner in customized agile manufacturing, specializing in cable assembly, harnesses, and PCBAs, always guided by our values of Authenticity, Reciprocity, Responsibility, Flexibility, and Curiosity.
